Climate Care Champions Platform is a web platform and chatbot designed by Swasti and Precision Health Platform to provide globally benchmarked risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) products. Tailored for Community health workers (CHWs) and Frontline workers (FLWs), it offers a variety of climate-sensitive resources in multiple languages and formats, including informative posters, engaging videos, and impactful banners. Along with an online platform to browse through the materials, the Chatbot offers an interactive interface for accessing the materials and learning on the go. It is designed to equip CHWs and FLWs with the tools necessary to guide their communities toward a healthier and more resilient future.
